The procedure tracking component provides residents and administrators with the ability to store and manage procedure information.  Each program can define their own procedures as well as the number required to be successfully completed prior to obtaining privilege.

We offer two interfaces into the procedure tracking subsystem.  You can use either one at any time, the interfaces complement each other.

The first is aimed at organizations which only want to track procedures for the purpose of assigning privilege to residents.  It offers a streamlined data entry interface focusing on speed and efficiency.

The second interface, primarily aimed at residents is based on a workflow which brings the residents, preceptors and administrators together.  Residents can enter the procedures that they have performed.  The procedure information is forwarded to the specified preceptor who approve or deny the procedure.  Once the resident has completed the require number, a request is forwarded to either the program director, the administrator or the faculty specified at the procedure level, requesting privilege assignment.

We also provide a set of comprehensive data import tools which you can use to upload all your existing data. 

In addition, residents can use our PDA application to record their procedures at any time.  We support a variety of devices and the information is fully encrypted on the device.
